Tonight we (that being the royal we) decided to take a stab at bulghar wheat 'burgers'. Like most patty based hot vegetarian sandwiches, I was curious to see how everything was held together. After an hour in the kitchen, I'm still curious.

Fortunately, everything was still quite editable and tasty as a loose grain.
