Rockslide avalanche on Sherman Glacier. The avalanche was formed by the collapse of Shattered Peak in the middle distance. The debris shows flow-lines and terminal digitate lobes. No marginal dust layer is present. View looking southeast. Cordova district, Alaska Gulf region, Alaska. August 24, 1964.
